EMSYS – Asset Management

EMSYS Asset Management was designed to support organizations to improve performance and maintaining functional performance of assets on a larger period of time and the integration of assets management with the organization business objectives according to PAS 55 and ISO 55000 standards. Assets management concepts and best practices in domain, implemented in our product offer organization’s the possibility of accomplishing specific objectives:

By implemented modeling and configuring there can be managed assets as mechanical and electrical equipments, installations, buildings, lands, laniary assets: routes, electrical networks, pipes, etc. This thing makes EMSYS a solution for diverse domains organizations: industrial manufacturing, energy manufacturing, extraction, utilities, public sector, etc.

Assets Management

EMSYS addresses assets by several perspectives: ownership, geographical localization, systems functionality, managerial and patrimonial responsibilities, commune characteristics and properties. All these architecture elements as well as information about each asset forms the asset management concept. Assets Management describes organizing data regarding assets, how to collect and manage, how complete is the information, how they can be accessed, localization, historical costs, status (condition) assets, criticity, maintenance works history etc.

Maintenance Management

EMSYS implements the two main maintenance types of assets, preventive and correctiveaccording to European EN 13306:2010 standard.

Preventive Maintenance Module allows assets managers instruments of prevention for ensuring high availability of assets and on a larger term. Planning maintenance works is suggested by the system or by the responsibles, gets into a process of approval, works may be launched, delayed or re-planned in accordance to organization’s budget, production objectives or other constraints.

Elaborating inspection graphs and the management of measurements within offers information for planning other works necessary for the optimal functioning and preventing interruptions.

Flows implemented in Corrective Maintenance module are designed to increase the reaction capacity to producing incidents or damages to restore the normal status of assets. System allows the direct record of corrective maintenance notifications or the taken over from other sources: inspection, call-center, monitoring equipments. Statistics realized based on recording defects, causes and consequences give the possibility of producing falls in the future and a judicious allocation of funds necessary to the corrective maintenance activity.

Maintenance Works Management manage the launch, execution and closing maintenance works coming from the approved plan or from the corrective maintenance requests resulted from notifications. A maintenance work can be executed by a work order or by a project. Expenses with corrective maintenance works resources executed as emergency can be registered lately in the system.
Work orders can be individually executed or grouped into a work order. Orders associated with maintenance works are integrated in the general management of work orders with the possibility that users from maintenance domain to manage them separately. Executing management works by projects is achieved by generating one or more work orders on each task described in the project’s plan. Work orders such launched are tracking the same execution process by work orders.

Assets Costs and Performance

Monitoring Assets
Alerts issued by the system offers a real time view of situations occurred in asset’s management and the maintenance activity: how complete is the information, how is reported the equipments activity, due dates specific to assets (insurance, authorizations requested by law, metrological verifications, guarantees terms, pledge). Other alerts are issued related to planning due date terms, launching and closing maintenance works, reducing stocks under programmed level.

Standard reports regarding works of maintenance, costs analysis, fall analysis, life cycle are available as lists, graphs, board pictures. Performance indicators implemented allow managers to track performance and added value of assets from organization’s business.
