PRODINF Software was the host of the event “„Digital” Insurer. The impact on profitability and clients’ retaining”, event organized in collaboration with Oracle and Media Xprimm, supported by Institute of Financial Studies. The event took place on Thursday, November 12th 2015, in the centre of Bucharest, at Berthelot Hotel.

Sergiu COSTACHE, General Manager of Media XPRIMM, was the first speaker and moderator, bringing into discussion the controversial theme “Insurance companies and digital transformation”.
The President of the Institute of Financial Studies, Calin RANGU, presented insurance market trends, “Online sales, between risks and benefits”, being one of the key points of this market.
Raluca JIANU, Customer Experience Senior Sales Consultant, ORACLE explained in detail What means ”Modern Marketing” and how it helps at differentiation in the Social Media context and new ways of online promoting.
The practical demonstration was made by Constantin ARSENE, General Manager of PRODINF Software and Felix NICULAE, Product Manager of Insurance Industry, within the same company, demonstrating how we can assure “Operational excellence in insurance” through EMSYS – Enterprise Management SYStem, an integrated informatics solution.
The event ended with a networking cocktail where guests were pleasantly surprised by a wine tasting, special preparations and moments of jazz, canto classic and piano.
